- If the neighbour's robotic lawn mower is of a different brand, a greater distance may be necessary.
Installation of the Boundary Wire:
- Lay the wire in an unbroken loop around the area to be mowed.
- Take your time to closely follow the instructions.
Function of the Robotic Lawn Mower:
- The robotic lawn mower operates in a random pattern within the working area.
- It changes direction when it detects the boundary wire or encounters a solid obstacle.
With this plan, you ensure that your robotic lawn mower operates optimally and covers the entire lawn without leaving wheel tracks.
Improved Coverage: When the robotic lawn mower detects the boundary wire a certain number of times, it moves a few metres away from the last detection point and moves in a spiral path. This ensures that it covers areas it may have overlooked.
Charging: When the robotic lawn mower needs to recharge, it automatically follows the boundary wire counter-clockwise back to the charging station.
