- Cutting frequency: If the lawn is close to the robot's maximum capacity, it will likely need to run every day for longer periods.
- Lawn layout: A square lawn without obstacles is quicker to cut than one with narrow passages and many obstacles.
- It is recommended to experiment and observe the results to find the optimal cutting frequency.
- Avoid driving tracks: The robot should not drive more than necessary to avoid creating tracks in the lawn.
- Growing season and rain: During the growing season and when it rains heavily, the robot should run more often.
- Dry periods: During dry periods, the robot should run less.
- Wet grass: Grass is often wet first and last thing in the day, so afternoon is typically the best time to cut.
Open the APP and select your robotic lawn mower and then settings by pressing the “gear” icon.
- Then select “Schedule”
- Then press the icon with the paper and pencil, it is important that it is set to “ON”
- Press the long vertical bar under e.g. Monday, then set the start and end time for the day, finishing with “Confirm”
- If you wish to have the same time on multiple days, press and hold the blue bar under Monday for 2 seconds, then select the desired days and finish with “Confirm”
- If you want the machine to start cutting along the edge for one or more days, you should check this marking, the machine will cut along the edge and then begin regular cutting of the lawn.
- If you want to pause the weekly schedule, press the icon with the paper and pencil, then press the pause icon and confirm with “Confirm”
- When you have made the desired settings, complete/save these by pressing the “disk” icon.
