PROGRAMMING
Tip:
Programming the year, date, and time can also be done by connecting the robot to the App instead of doing it via the display on the robot. When connected to the App, the time and date are set automatically. See the section "Setting up the App".
Start by setting the year, date, and time, as this is the basis for programming
The setting starts with the year, date, and finally the time. To activate the setting of the year, date, and time, press "START" for 5 seconds until the "CLOCK" icon lights up and the numbers in the display blink, then set the year using "START" or "HOME" and "OK" to confirm each digit until the year is set correctly. The same procedure is used for the date and time.
Note, however, that the date setting always starts with the month designation and then the day of the month; in the picture example below, the date is therefore August 25 (08.25). When the year, date, and time are saved, "IDLE" will appear on the display.
PIN CODE SETTING
To change the PIN code, press "START" and "HOME" at the same time for 3 seconds, then the "CLOCK" icon will light up and "PIN 1" will appear on the display. Now enter the old PIN code; this is done by using "START" or "HOME" and "OK" to confirm each digit until the old PIN code is entered. After this, "PIN 2" will appear on the display, and the new PIN code is now ready to be entered in the same way as the old PIN code (in the picture example below 1234).
When the new PIN code is entered and "IDLE" appears on the display, the new PIN code is saved.
CHANGING START TIME AND CUTTING TIME
Tip:
Programming start times and cutting time is easier to do via the App than the display on the robot. See the section "Using the App".
The robot is set by default to start at 9:00 AM; this start time can be changed by pressing "START" and "OK" at the same time for 3 seconds. After this, a new start time can be set using "START" or "HOME" and "OK" to confirm each digit until the new start time is set. When the new start time is saved, "IDLE" will appear on the display, and a beep sound will be heard. In the example below, the new start time is set to 1:25 PM.
The robot is set by default to work 8 hours including charging time each day. The cutting time can be changed to between 1-24 hours; this is done by pressing "OK" for 3 seconds. After this, a new cutting time can be set by pressing "START" or "HOME" and "OK" to confirm the new cutting time (number of hours). When the new cutting time is set and saved, "IDLE" will appear on the display, and a beep sound will be heard. In the example below, the new cutting time is set to 6 hours (06H).
In general: When "IDLE" is displayed, it means that the robot is ready and everything is in order.
CHANGING MOWING DAY ON THE PANEL.
Long press the "HOME" and "OK" buttons
Changing the mowing day is done by using "START" or "HOME"; you can choose between -03-, -05-, -07- and "OK" to confirm.
- -03- the machine will mow on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- -05- the machine will mow from Monday to Friday.
- -07- the machine will mow every day.
RAIN SENSOR SETTING ON THE PANEL
Long press the "HOME" button until appears on the display
(If the machine is not programmed via the app, the rain sensor will by default be set to a rain delay of 180 minutes).
You can activate or deactivate the rain sensor by pressing "OK" when the icon appears on the display.
Use "START" or "HOME" to choose between and
.
START POINT SETTING ON THE PANEL
Long press the "HOME" button until appears on the display, use "START" or "HOME" to change to "ZONE" appearing on the display
.
You can activate or deactivate "START POINT" by pressing "OK" when the icon appears on the display. Use "START" or "HOME" to choose between
and
.
The robot learns the length of the boundary wire itself. By default, the start point is divided into either 0% and 50% of the boundary wire's length or 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75%, depending on the model (this can be changed using the App).
