E1 Outside working area
1. Please place the lawn mower within the boundary wire.
2. Check that the red and black connection wires are not reversed.
E2 Wheel motor is blocked
1. Turn off the lawn mower; take the lawn mower to an area free of obstacles.
2. Turn on the lawn mower. Press START and then OK.
3. If the error persists, turn off the power; turn the lawn mower over and check if anything is preventing the wheels from turning.
4. Remove any obstacles, turn the lawn mower upright, turn on the power and press START and then OK.
E3 Cutting motor is blocked
1. Turn off the lawn mower.
2. Turn the lawn mower over and check if anything is preventing the blade disc from turning.
3. Remove any obstacles.
4. Turn the lawn mower upright and take it to an area with shorter grass or adjust the cutting height higher.
5. Turn on the lawn mower. Press START and then OK.
E4 Bump sensor is activated
1. Turn off the lawn mower.
2. Take the lawn mower to an area of your lawn without obstacles.
3. Remove the cover and check the magnet on the back of the cover. If there is no magnet, contact after-sales service to replace the cover.
4. If the magnets are in place, check if the connection of the rubber holders between the cover and the lawn mower is secure. If loose, please reattach them properly.
5. Turn on the power. Press START and then OK.
E5 Lifted
1. Turn off the lawn mower.
2. Take the lawn mower to an area free of obstacles.
3. Turn on the lawn mower. Press START and then OK.
4. If the error persists, turn off the lawn mower.
5. Turn the lawn mower over. Check if anything is preventing the front wheels from turning.
6. Remove any obstacles, turn the lawn mower upright, turn on the power and press START and then OK.
E6 Turned upside down
1. Turn the lawn mower so that it stands on its wheels.
2. Press START and then OK.
E7 Angle sensor is activated
1. Turn off the lawn mower.
2. Check that the slope of the ground does not exceed the required limits.
3. Take the lawn mower to a flat area.
4. Turn on the lawn mower. Press START and then OK.
E8 Docking error
- Check if there is a 1 metre straight wire in front of the charging station.
- Check that there is no rust/oxidation on the charging poles.
- Check that the charging station is positioned horizontally.
- Check that the charging station is not bent.
E9 Caught
1. Place the lawn mower in an area free of obstacles.
BP Battery protection
1. Check the battery temperature. If the temperature is too high, wait until the battery cools down. If the temperature is too low, wait until the temperature is higher than 5 ℃.
E11 No boundary signal
1. If the lawn mower is inside the working area, check the charging station's light. If the diode flashes red, it means the boundary wire is not properly connected to the charging station.
2. If it is properly connected and the light still flashes red, check if the boundary wire is broken.
E12 Battery error
Contact service to replace the battery.
E13 Charging error
1. Check if the poles on the charging station are clean; if not, they should be sanded with fine sandpaper to ensure a good connection.
2. If the error persists, contact customer service.
E14 Exceeds usable area
1. Reduce the lawn mower's working area as indicated in the manual.
2. If the error persists, contact customer service.
EE Unknown error
1. Restart the lawn mower.
2. If the error persists, contact customer service.
LOCK Continuous entry of incorrect passwords
1. Keep the lawn mower ON for 10 minutes continuously.
2. After 10 minutes, you can enter your password again.
3. If you have forgotten your password, contact customer service.
