If an incorrect PIN code is entered 10 times quickly, the machine will display "LOCK" on the screen. It will be possible to enter the PIN again after the machine has been continuously powered on in the charging station for 10 minutes.
Handling of Incorrect PIN
- If your machine has a Wi-Fi connection, we can reset it remotely for you when it is powered on and placed in the charging station.
- Machines that do not have a Wi-Fi connection must be sent in for a reset.
Verification of Ownership
To reset your lawnmower's PIN code, we need to verify your ownership. Please provide us with the following information:
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt or invoice
- Lawnmower's Serial Number: As a picture of the shield with the visible serial number
(It is not possible to connect to Wi-Fi without knowing the PIN code. Therefore, if you did not have a Wi-Fi connection previously, you cannot connect without the device's PIN code retroactively.)
Resetting the PIN Code
After verification, we will proceed with resetting the PIN code.
Please note that there is a service fee of 350 kr. (including VAT and shipping) if the machine needs to be sent in. In that case, we will issue a GLS label by agreement via email, so the machine can be sent to us.
