1. Make a sketch: Draw a sketch of your lawn including the obstacles you want to protect. This will help plan the cabling and the location of the charging station.
2. Lay the boundary wire: Start at the charging station and lay the wire around the garden and around obstacles such as flower beds and small trees.
3. Read the manual: Read the section on installing the robotic lawnmower thoroughly before planning and installing the boundary wire.
4. Check cable requirements: Ensure you have enough cable to cover the entire lawn. If you have many obstacles, you may need extra cable. The total length must not exceed 300 metres, and any additional cable must meet the same specifications.
