- Carefully open the charging station (To open the charging tower, you will find two clips, one on each side. Press them and then lift the lid up) and check for:
- Signs of insects, such as nests or dead insects.
- Debris blocking connections or ventilation.
- Visible damage to electrical components.
Step 3: Clean the Station
- Clean the charging station to remove debris and insects.
- Wipe the charging contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth.
- Avoid using water or liquid cleaners.

- Check if any electrical contacts are corroded, damaged, or burnt.
