Motor Error:
When your machine is noisy or shows an error in the motor, there may be several causes for this error message.
It is important that you read the entire guide thoroughly.
Please check the following:
- Check the blade disc and wheel motors to see if they are blocked by cut grass, mud or similar and how worn the blades are (if the blades are worn, they need to be replaced).
- Clean the robotic lawn mower with a brush or cloth, then try to start the machine again.
- Errors can occur due to a cutting height set too low. Set the cutting height to 60 mm and start the robot. If the machine runs without error, it means
that your cutting height was set too low, or that the grass is too high. Lower the cutting height by a maximum of 10 mm at a time over a week, until you achieve the desired height of the grass.
Blade Replacement
Remove old blades and clean the cutting disc with a steel brush:
Install new blades on:
It is important that you install new blades correctly, otherwise it will affect the cutting and the robot itself.
The robot may report errors or make noise due to incorrectly installed blades.
When changing blades, you should replace all three at once.
Avoid:
If you have checked everything and the error still occurs, please remove the cutting disc and try to run the machine without it.
If the machine still makes noise or reports an error, it means that the fault lies in the motor or the machine's control/electronics.
